RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personal nature of fragrances and body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened perfumes
- Body oils
- Body butters
- Used skincare or body care products
- TikTok LIVE claim orders
- Clearance or flash sale items
- Products purchased due to scent preference or change of mind
Fragrance is personal and may smell different on everyone due to body chemistry. Because of this, scent preference alone does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are only considered for:
- Defective items
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items within an order
All refund requests are subject to a thorough investigation.
To be eligible for consideration:
- The product(s) may be required to be returned to us
- Clear photos and/or videos must be provided
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.
DAMAGE CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
If your order arrives damaged:
Step 1 — Inspect Your Order Immediately
Please inspect your package and products as soon as they arrive.
Step 2 — Take Clear Photos & Videos
Include:
- The outside shipping package
- Shipping label
- Damaged item(s)
- All contents received
Step 3 — Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Step 4 — Return May Be Required
In some cases, damaged or defective products must be returned for further investigation before a refund is approved.
